Microsoft’s phone Stolen

The notorious pickpockets of Barcelona have struck again – but this time the target was more precious than a handbag or a leather wallet. A prototype mobile phone loaded with Microsoft software built to rival Apple’s iPhone was filched from an executive’s pocket during an evening function at the Mobile World Congress, an annual gathering for the industry being held in the Spanish city this week. Microsoft’s operating system was due for release in the final quarter of 2009. The American company would not comment on whether the theft might delay the release, or on any other matter to do with the theft.

The stolen phone had been given its debut at a press conference on Monday. Steve Ballmer, Microsoft’s CEO, said it contained software which would “allow every person in the world to access information and participate in the knowledge economy”. Barcelona is infamous for pickpockets and has a reputation for petty theft; so much so, that a public relations consultant for a major mobile phone company went so far as to run a sweepstake at this year’s conference on which telecoms journalist would get pick-pocketed first.

    Law college clash Chennai

Clash between two groups of people at Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College campus here on Wednesday. The four students, studying third year, were taken to the Government Hospital.

Students those who are involved in this merciless act at chennai law college should immediately barred from the college as well as should be convicted by law .As an example, they should be issued an ordered of not entering into any of the Law colleges in India. The Tamil Nadu Government should take necessary action against the students who involved in this issue without considering mercy on them. These people are not needed for the society where Law is important.

    POLICE ACT???

This incident questions our very basic security. Because the police who should have done something remained inactive even after seeing a guy killed in front of them. Even a common man would have tried something to stop the guys who are beating. What if someone try to kill you in front of a police on road? Now the people are very afraid of the police from this act. May be the police will file an FIR and close the case that there were no eye witnesses.
The politicians are not capable enough to enforce law for they themselves don’t abide by rules and regulation.
